The artisan Bakery Mari was born in 1925 in the historic center of Montefiascone inside the walls. The traditional craft method, handed down for four generations, is a guarantee of quality in the choice of raw materials and in the manual wisdom profused in processing. Since 1925 we have been developing traditional and modern artisan recipes in our laboratory to bring to your table the fragrance and the goodness of fresh bread, savory delicacies and tasty pastry. Our secret ingredient? Passion ... that passion that gives life to our work from the first light of the day until the night and makes the products of our bakery unique. From the union between the oldest recipes of the traditional bakery and the freshness of the natural ingredients of our territory, our numerous and exquisite products are born: from fresh bread (common or seasoned) to sweet or blown bread, from biscuits to traditional baked cakes like pies, donuts, nut pies. While the loyalty to the most delicious and fresh recipes of the confectionery tradition make our pastry products, fresh or dried, among the most appreciated in the area.
